Warranty

Tote-Um-Gear, Inc. warrants Tote-Um-Pole to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. At Tote-Um-Gear’s sole discretion, we will repair or replace any defective parts. Shipping to Tote-Um-Gear, Inc. is the responsibility of the purchaser. No COD’s will be accepted. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt. Tote-Um-Gear, Inc. does not warrant nor will be liable for any injury or damage to any other personal property associated with the use of the Tote-Um-Pole.

If for any reason in the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with Tote-Um-Pole simply return it with the sales receipt and a brief explanation. Return via UPS prepaid to Tote-Um-Gear, Inc. Only products received in good condition will be subject to refund less S & H. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
